You’ve put in all this work to create the plan, now its up to you and your pod to make things happen.
Look at your time line and get things moving that need to happen. Write up your plan, communicate it, solicit your feedback, look for opportunities for education. Write up your own insights and thoughts so you can keep track of them and examine them.
Provide ongoing updates to those with a stake in your process. This might be at major milestones (finished soliciting initial feedback, half way through, etc). You and your pod lead especially are responsible for keeping things on track. Don’t let the process fail because you were lackadaisical about it.
