Work with your pod to put together your final report about your process: everything you learned, the changes you will be making, the commitments you are promising to keep, and communicate that all back to those with a stake in your accountability process.
Remember, the pod does not make decisions about what you are now allowed to do. They provide a report about the work done and lessons learned. Stakeholders get to make their own decisions without pressure.
